Why €5 is an awkward amount
The methods in our tables that take €5 or less are MuchBetter and Skrill, both e-wallets. Cards start above it: €10 at JackpotCity, €10 at KatsuBet and €15 at 7Bit Casino. A Revolut card counts as a card, so it follows the card minimum. And most of the casinos in our tables publish no per-method minimum at all, only the deposit their offer needs, which is usually €10.
So "€5 deposit casino" mostly means "a casino that takes €5 by e-wallet". If you would rather not open a Skrill or MuchBetter account for it, the realistic starting point in Ireland is €10 by debit card: what €10 buys.
€5 at Lucky Nugget: the spins, and a ceiling of €30
Lucky Nugget's first step needs only €1, so a €5 first deposit gets the same 40 spins. The terms do not say what a spin is worth, and what the spins win carries 200× wagering. The second step starts at €5 too — "On your second successful purchase of 5 currency units or more, you will receive 100 bonus spins" — with the same wagering.
The first deposit also sets the ceiling on everything the welcome can pay: 6× first deposit, or €30 on a first deposit of €5, if management applies the clause. The same offer from €1 caps it lower still.
€5 in, and the way back out
7Bit Casino takes €5 by Skrill and MuchBetter, with no bonus attached (its bonus starts at €20). Paying back to the same wallet starts at €20, so a €5 balance has to grow before it can come back out.
A €5 deposit at a mobile casino
None of the payments pages we read sets a different minimum for a phone. What changes on mobile is convenience: the e-wallets that take €5 have their own apps, and you top one up from a card or bank account before paying the casino. The minimum is the same, and so is the bonus, or the lack of one.
"5 dollar" and "5 pound" casinos
Searches for a 5 dollar or 5 pound minimum deposit casino turn up lists written for America, Canada or Britain. Their offers are for those markets: a casino shows a player in Ireland its Irish offer, in euro, under its Irish terms, and British bonuses now run under a wagering cap that does not apply here. The only list that answers the question for Ireland is one built from Irish terms.
