Irish Casino Lens is a reference site. You can read every page without an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address or payment details. This page sets out the little data that is processed when you use the site, and your rights over it.
Who is responsible
The site is run by Kosska Ltd, a company registered in Malta, which is the data controller for the processing described here. Write to editorial@irishcasinolens.com about anything on this page.
What we collect, and what we don’t
- No account, no forms, no newsletter. The site has nothing to sign up for.
- No cookies and no tracking. The site sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Fonts and icons are served from our own site, not from a third party.
- Technical data for delivering pages. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, under its own privacy policy. We do not use this data to identify you.
- Partner links. Buttons marked “Visit” go through a short redirect on our own domain (
/go/…) before reaching the casino. The redirect adds a label naming the page and the position of the button — for example “core_0” — so the partner can tell us which page a visitor came from. The label contains nothing about you. Our hosting keeps short-lived technical logs of these redirects, used only to check that they work. Once you arrive on the casino’s site, its own privacy policy and cookies apply, not ours. - Email. If you write to us, we use your email address and message to reply, and delete them once the matter is closed, unless we need to keep them to deal with a complaint.
Legal basis
The technical processing needed to run and secure the site rests on our legitimate interest in publishing it safely (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Replying to your email rests on the same interest, or on taking steps you have asked for.
Who else receives data
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site and acts as our processor. Some of its processing may take place outside the European Economic Area; Cloudflare relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for those transfers. We do not sell data, and we do not share it with casinos or affiliate networks.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to data we hold about you, and for its correction or deletion; you can object to processing based on legitimate interest, or ask us to restrict it. Write to editorial@irishcasinolens.com. Because we collect so little, the likely answer is that we hold nothing that identifies you — but we will check and reply within one month.
You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Ireland, the Data Protection Commission; in Malta, where Kosska Ltd is registered, the Information and Data Protection Commissioner.
Age
The site is for adults. Nobody under 18 may gamble in Ireland, and we do not knowingly process data about children.
Changes
If what we process changes — for example, if we add analytics — this page changes first, with a new date at the top.
